PCE Boot Camp

This program was designed to fast track key management personnel to a state of excellence within the world of production theory. Invited attendees spend 2.5 days inside a working PCE Collision Center, allowing them to see, hear, smell and touch the PCE Building Blocks in action. PCE Leaders return to their facility with defined action items for furthering their PCE Journey.
