Hosted by the Australian Automotive Aftermarket Association (AAAA), the Collision Repair Expo 2011 will be held at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre, in conjunction with the Australian Auto Aftermarket Expo from 12 - 14th May.

One of the highlights at this years Collision Repair Expo is the seminar on 'Lean Production Techniques' to be held on Friday 13th May. Two international authorities, Doug Kirk from AkzoNobel UK and Michael Giarrizzo from DCR Systems US will offer a real world perspective on lean production for the Collision Repair industry.

With over 30 years of experience in the Collision Repair Industry with positions ranging from Technician to International Consultant, Doug is well placed to comment on Lean production techniques from a real world perspective "theory will only get you so far" says Doug. As the Global Leader of AkzoNobel Process Centred Environment Program which blends elements of Lean, TOC and Six Sigma, Doug will share with you many of the high's and low's of changing your business to make it truly sustainable and "Fit for the Future."
